Our website has no contact, sign-up, or application forms, and we do not ask you to create an account. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us directly, for example by emailing info@digismart.az, calling us, or sending a job application by email. This may include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and any documents or details you include, such as a CV. Like most websites, our hosting provider also automatically processes limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view.

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, review and process job applications, operate, maintain, and secure the website, remember your cookie preferences, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Protection

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share information only when required by law or with service providers that help us run the website: Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site; and Google Maps, which is loaded on our Contact page to show our office location and may receive your IP address and device information when the map loads (see Google's Privacy Policy). Links to external sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to run the site and remember your choices. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we save it in your browser's local storage (digismart_cookie_consent) with a timestamp so we do not ask you again. Your language is determined by the page address (/az for Azerbaijani). At the time of this update we do not run advertising or third-party analytics tools on the website; if we enable optional analytics in the future, we will use them only if you accept analytics cookies. You can reset your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, and you can manage cookies through your browser.
